Wrapsody is back at Liberty!

It has been an extremely busy festive season for Wrapsody and we have been popping up all over London, wrapping in-store at various locations, as well as at Christmas fairs, staff parties and of course our own Primrose Hill HQ.

So it has come as a welcome break to be back 'home' at Liberty.  The wonderful team there has created this exclusive Juniper Liberty print wrapping paper which is classic and festive and somehow manages to go with red, green and gold ribbon perfectly.  Doesn't it look lovely with these dried orange slices as tied-in embellishments?

We are based are on the 1st floor in the East Gallery wrapping all your in-store purchases.  Pop along and see us as we are eager to be put through our paces.  Here's the team in action on our first day.

Liberty is such a festive store - maybe I'll even get some ideas for my own Christmas present shopping, as I haven't even started yet!

Wrapsody at the Races!

In November, we spent a great day at Ascot's Christmas market - our first official event of this year's gift wrapping season! Our stand was positioned right next to the finish line and so, in between wrapping and demo sessions we were able to dash to see who was first past the post.  Great fun and our tartan ribbons went down a storm!

Good Housekeeping in the house...or rather, Wrapsody HQ!

We were very busy at Wrapsody HQ yesterday as the Good Housekeeping team paid us a visit. They were filming some short videos - showing our top tips on how to wrap awkward shapes for Christmas.  That's some of our handiwork seen through the eye of the lens.

It was actually a very good warm up - putting us through our paces before the rush of the busy festive season.  This year we'll be popping up all over the South East at Liberty, Top Shop, Ted Baker and Ascot races, to name just a few.  And of course, our shop will be open extended hours.  Right, better start sharpening those fabric scissors, polishing our baubles and stockpiling the most gorgeous ribbons we can find!

Filming in our pop up shop. A 'how to' series....

We had a fun but exhausting day in the shop on Friday.  Barclaycard came in to film a series of short films showing 'how to wrap like a professional.' These are currently being edited, but will go out across social media to their retail and consumer customers shortly.  Although it was mainly my hands and the beautiful presents in shot, I certainly felt like all eyes were on me!

Sweet Wrappers - Wrapsody Features in the Evening Standard.

We are taking a moment to emerge from the paper, ribbon, pinecones and baubles, to take stock of our first full year in business.  It has been amazing and what better way to round it off than a profile piece in the Evening Standard?  Thank you to everyone who has supported and inspired us so far.  Have a fantastic Christmas.  (Right...me and my paper cuts are off to wrap my own family's presents.  Now, where exactly did I put that double sided sticky tape?)
